14K Gold means that the metal is made from 14 parts pure gold (58.3%) and 10 parts alloy (41.7%). The alloys are made of many metals such as silver, copper and zinc, which makes the 14K gold stronger than pure gold giving 14K gold enough tensile strength to hold diamonds and gemstones intact.

How do I store my jewelry?
When it’s not being worn, store it in the satin pouch we provided. To avoid scratches, each piece of jewelry should be stored separately and bracelets should always be stored flat.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Our jewelry has been designed and made to the highest quality of standards. Proper maintenance will help preserve its original beauty and shine. Take care to avoid exposing jewelry to substances containing ammonia, or bleach and remove your jewelry before swimming in chlorinated water or the ocean. It’s always a good idea to put your jewelry on after you dress to avoid contact with perfumes or cosmetics.
How do I clean my jewelry?
14K Gold ~ most gold jewelry can be safely cleaned with a non-abrasive jewelry cleaner. Always rinse and blot dry with a soft cloth. Never use creamy jewelry cleaners on gold as they make contain harsh abrasives that can scratch the surface of the jewelry.
Sterling Silver ~ exposure to air, dust or other elements, particularly those containing sulfur (well water) may cause sterling silver to tarnish more rapidly. When needed use the complimentary polishing cloth we included with your piece.
