We offer a free maintenance program for 5 years from your purchase date. Including cleaning and repairs due to normal wear. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

Who makes your jewelry?
We hand make every single piece of our jewelry in our own home based studio in Round Rock, Texas. We are skilled artisans who love what we do and have many years of experience making jewelry. Each piece being made with extreme care and love.
What materials are your products made from?
We use only precious metals for our jewelry.
What is 14K Gold?
14K Gold means that the metal is made from 14 parts pure gold (58.3%) and 10 parts alloy (41.7%). The alloys are made of many metals such as silver, copper and zinc, which makes the 14K gold stronger than pure gold giving 14K gold enough tensile strength to hold diamonds and gemstones intact.

What is .925 Sterling Silver?
Sterling Silver .925 is composed of: silver and copper
To make silver durable enough to use in jewelry, pure silver, which has .999 (99.9%) purity, is often alloyed with small quantities of copper (7.5%). The copper is added to strengthen the silver, and the resulting product is referred to as .925 Sterling Silver (92.5).
Is your jewelry ever gold filled or plated?
No.
Is there any nickel in your jewelry?
Only in 14K White gold.
Will your jewelry tarnish?
It depends on the metal. Gold will never tarnish. Sterling Silver can tarnish if not properly stored and cared for. We include a complimentary polishing cloth with each purchase to help retain its original beauty.
How do I store my jewelry?
When it’s not being worn, store it in the satin pouch we provided. To avoid scratches, each piece of jewelry should be stored separately and bracelets should always be stored flat.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Our jewelry has been designed and made to the highest quality of standards. Proper maintenance will help preserve its original beauty and shine. Take care to avoid exposing jewelry to substances containing ammonia, or bleach and remove your jewelry before swimming in chlorinated water or the ocean. It’s always a good idea to put your jewelry on after you dress to avoid contact with perfumes or cosmetics.
How do I clean my jewelry?
14K Gold ~ most gold jewelry can be safely cleaned with a non-abrasive jewelry cleaner. Always rinse and blot dry with a soft cloth. Never use creamy jewelry cleaners on gold as they make contain harsh abrasives that can scratch the surface of the jewelry.
Sterling Silver ~ exposure to air, dust or other elements, particularly those containing sulfur (well water) may cause sterling silver to tarnish more rapidly. When needed use the complimentary polishing cloth we included with your piece.
Where is your jewelry sold?
Our jewelry is exclusively found here at our store. Our jewelry is not available in stores.
Are chains included in the price?
No, but we do offer a variety of chains. To complete your look, simply click on the link that reads purchase your chain here, located on each product page.

Each piece of jewelry purchased comes boxed and set in a satin traveling pouch. A complimentary polishing cloth is included to help retain its original beauty! For an additional charge of $3.00 we will be happy to include an appropriate gift bag and a personal note. Purchase at check out.

Can I apply more than one coupon to an order?

We are happy to ship internationally, but please note that we declare the actual value on the customs form and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time frame, as international orders have to go through customs.*Please note we are not responsible for any additional fees or service charges incurred by customs or your chosen mail carrier.
